"Cheaters always prosper with the correct pasword." - Midnight Club II in-game description

Cheats are special codes or rewards built into the Midnight Club games that allow the player to activate features that are either not yet unlocked or not available at all within the game.

Midnight Club II

To enter a cheat code, go to options and scroll to the cheats menu, and type in the following codes. Note that not all cheats work for different versions of the game.

List of cheats

PlayStation 2

1. redkeymon - Gives the player a list of all cheat codes.
2. immortal - Gives the player guns, rockets, unlimited nitro, and invincibility.
3. carcrobatics - Unlocks in-air controls. Does not work with bikes.
4. greenLantern - Gives the player unlimited nitrous.
5. savethekids - Gives the player machine guns and rockets.
6. gladiator - Makes the player immune to damage of any sort.
7. voomPeds - Makes pedestrians move faster.
8. theCollector - Unlocks all cars.
9. Globetrotter - Unlocks all cars and cities.
10. pennyThug - Unlocks all cars and cities in arcade mode.
11. rimbuk - Unlocks everything in arcade mode, plus machine guns and rockets.
12. howfastcanitbe0-9 - Makes the game go faster or slower. 0 is the slowest and 9 is the fastest.
13. howhardcanitbe0-9 - Adjust the game's difficulty. 0 is the easiest and 9 is the hardest.

Xbox

1. hotwired - Unlocks all cars.
2. theworldismine - Unlocks all cities.
3. zoomzoom4 - Gives the player unlimited nitrous and also gives motorcycles nitro.
4. lovenotwar - Gives the player guns, rockets, unlimited nitro, and invincibility.
5. greasemonkey - Unlocks nitro, in-air controls, burnout, slipstream turbo, and two-wheel driving.
6. bigbrother - Unlocks the "Most Dedicated" stat in the main menu.
7. howfastcanitbe0-9 - Makes the game go faster or slower. 0 is the slowest and 9 is the fastest.
8. howhardcanitbe0-9 - Adjust the game's difficulty. Replace x with a number. 0 is the easiest and 9 is the hardest.

Windows

1. rimbuk - Unlocks everything in arcade mode, plus machine guns and rockets.
2. starpower - Gives the player machine guns. Press F to fire.
3. leatherandlace - Gives the player machine guns and rockets. Press F to fire the gun and press H to fire a rocket.
4. starlite - Enables a psychedelic view. Note that players must be careful with this cheat as this can give them seizures.
5. yerbamate - Gives the player unlimited nitrous.
6. theparrot - Unlocks all race modes.
7. griswold - Unlocks all cities.
8. octane - Gives the player nitrous.
9. upupdowndown - Disables all cheats.
10. howfastcanitbe0-9 - Makes the game go faster or slower. 0 is the slowest and 9 is the fastest.
11. howhardcanitbe0-9 - Adjust the game's difficulty. Replace x with a number. 0 is the easiest and 9 is the hardest.

Midnight Club 3: DUB Edition

To enter a cheat code, go to options and go to the cheats menu, and type in the following codes. Note that not all cheats work for different versions of the game, and this is a list of all cheats known for all versions of the game. This means that some of them will work and some not regarding the version of Midnight Club 3: DUB Edition.

List of cheats

1. kubmir - Adds $1 to career mode money.
2. roadtrip - Unlocks all cities in arcade mode.
3. dfens - Unlocks Agro.
4. getheadl - Gives the player a bunny head.
5. haveyouseenthisboy - Gives the player a chrome head.
6. urbansprawl - Makes pedestrians move faster.
7. trythisathome - Gives the player a flaming head.
8. hyperargo - Increases car mass in arcade mode.
9. ontheroad - Makes the player's car or motorcycle immune to damage of any sort.
10. getheadjk - Gives the player a pumpkin head.
11. rjnr - Unlocks Roar.
12. getheadm - Gives the player a snowman head.
13. getheadj - Gives the player a smiley head.
14. allin - Unlocks Zone.

Midnight Club: Los Angeles

In Midnight Club: Los Angeles, unlike the previous two entries, cheats are earned by finding collectibles within the game. For every ten collectibles found, a new cheat is unlocked. Cheats are activated from within the pause menu. Cheats cannot be used in online play or during rep-earning races. A warning will be presented when cheats are activated (except for the "Top down view") alerting the player to the restrictions in place when using cheats.

• 10 collectibles unlock "Unlimited nitro"
• 20 collectibles unlock "Never damage out"
• 30 collectibles unlock "Unlimited Special Abilities"
• 40 collectibles unlock "Top down view" (a top down camera view not otherwise available)
• 50 collectibles unlock "No police"
• 60 collectibles unlock "No fines"
