Ricky is a challenger in Midnight Club II.

Ricky owns a nightclub in Tokyo, where he bases all his operations. He will cheat off the line and masquerade the truth to ensure victory. - In-game description
Ricky is the second challenger the player faces in Tokyo.
The first race is called, Shibuya Scramble. This race you will face the likes of Toshi, Kumiko, Miklo, Reizo, Nikki, Ying, and Keitaro.
The second race is called Ricky's Revenge. He is also responsible for cheating Gina out of her Vortex 5 gifted by the player in Paris from Primo. If the player wins his races, which are pink slips, the player will unlock the Vortex 5. He is also most likely a Yakuza member as he has connections with his associate Ken'Ichi.

- He and Angel from Los Angeles are shown to cheat by starting ahead of everyone in their last race.
