It is unlocked by defeating Moses in Initiation and Welcome to the Club. Once that is done, he will give the player his car to use freely afterwards.

- The word citi is likely a pun on the word civic, the model of the car it resembles, the Honda Civic.
- This car has barely any performance modifications, aside from the Autometer.
- The Citi is one of the three available vehicles to drive in the PC demo of Midnight Club II, alongside the Monstruo and the Cohete.
- In the Xbox and PC versions of the game, there is a model named vp_civica_old. It is an earlier version of the Citi used in-game and significantly more detailed.
