Julian is a character in Midnight Club: Los Angeles. He is the Tuner Champ, and is available as an online character.

Background

Not much is known about Julian's background. When the Player gets a call from Julian challenging him for his title of "Tuner Champ", Julian says that he is a writer. 

Storyline

Julian appears in the story a couple of times. He is the main street racer the Player has to defeat in the Beverly Hills Series Hangout. After becoming the City Champ, the Player is able to face Julian to take over his title of Tuner Champ.

Outside of the story line, Julian can call the Player at random and challenge him to a race, with the location determined by the Player, with Julian riding a Ducati 999R at higher performance levels.

• Julian is often sarcastic.
• The license plate on the back of Julian's Mitsubishi Evolution reads, "Origin". 
• If the player is on a maxed Kawasaki Ninja ZX-14 or Ducati 1098R, if challenged from the Beverly Hills Series Hangout, Julian will be driving his Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution IX MR instead of his Ducati 999R.
  • However, if the player uses a maxed Exotic, he will be driving a Saleen S302 Extreme instead.
• Despite using a Saleen S302 Extreme, a Group 4 Muscle Car, at higher levels, he will be riding a Ducati 999R, a Group 3 Sports Bike instead.
  • This is due to the S302 being B Class by default while the 999R is A Class by default.
  • He is also the only racer to ride a 999R, aside from Andrew.
