Vince is one of the characters you meet in Midnight Club 3: DUB Edition. He is the mechanic of his own garage "VINCE'S" in Detroit. He is the third mechanic you meet in the game.
San Diego[]
The player first meets Vince after beating Vanessa in her second encounter. He is first seen in a cutscene messing with Oscar. Oscar then introduces Vince to the player.
Detroit[]
After beating most/all of the races in Atlanta, Apone tells the player that he should go check out Detroit since there's tons of serious racing going on. When the player heads to Detroit, Vince recognizes you and welcomes to the city and his garage. He also shows off his prized green Lamborghini Murcielago. The player wins this car if they complete the U.S. Championship Series (or $297,700 if they win the said series while their garage is full).
